I’m happy to share this Thanksgiving Reader created by the Simchat Torah Challenge. It explores how Jewish ideas have been part of the American story from the very beginning—did you know that Judaism influenced the Pilgrims? (It surprised me!) You’ll also find some Israeli-inspired Thanksgiving recipes and a coloring page illustrated by me.
